Today at the checkout I had an employee named Naren, and he was the absolute best. Helpful in every way possible and was the best customer service I have ever received, and will definitely be returning for his advice and service in the future.

Having been here several times over the last year I can safely say this is one of the worst stores I have ever set foot in. Firstly and probably my main issue here is the staff. Their attitude stinks and they seem to become irritated by the concept of having to actually do their job and assist a potential customer with a relatively simple demand. It actually feels like they would rather not sell you items if it means they have to stop gathering in little groups chatting. On one occasion a staff member was rude and dismissive, on all the other occasions they just couldn't be bothered.
Don't spend your hard earned money here. Find something independent or go online. Even Amazon would be better than these clowns.
Also I have to add that their general knowledge of technology is shockingly poor. So don't come here for advice either - again, go online.
Anyway, I think I've sufficiently made my point here.

I collected my order around 1 o'clock in one of working days. The staff are attentive, polite, and helpful. I had no problem for parking at all, which is a retail park and plenty of rooms. The only thing I would recommend is updating their stock for online consumers.

Was intrigued with the amount of devices as I browsed around the store. When I was focused on buying a laptop I was quickly and competently supported by Samina. Good customer service and plenty of things to choose from.

Its a Currys store, click and collect was easy, had what I wanted in stock, was in and out in 10 mins

Told delivery would be next day but soon as I left changed to 3 days time. Wouldn't have ordered if I needed to wait that long

It's beyond disappointing at how backwards these stores have become. Quiet Friday afternoon, staff leaning against stock and standing idle around the shop floor and we still waited 30mins to return an online order all because only one member of the store staff was working on customer service today!
There was another member of staff standing in the customer service area watching the authorized person talking to another customer, explains how they couldn't help them and avoiding eye contact. After 25mins of us waiting he finally acknowledged us and offered to put the printer on the side while we wait.
I understand zoning staff helps however manage a store but having no flexibility and making your customers wait 30mins while more then 5 staff members in the area stand around doing nothing is unfair on your customers.

Despite what it says on the Currys website and speaking to an online customer service representative who advised to return products that are in warranty in store, we were turned away with various excuses. Pretty big waste of time and disappointing.
Avoid and shop online elsewhere

Amazing customer experience with Alberto being fantastic helping and guiding us to the right decision. I hope he received a good commission but in no way did this feel like the reason for his help.

Waited for ages to get an assistant to help, I had to go and find someone in the end. I only went in as their website was down the item I wanted was £150 more in store the assistant did match the online price but I don?t they would have if I had not asked. If you can avoid the store I would, if not always check the online price just in case

Before buying it I asked if it's the right one and I was told yes
I bough a case too which is smaller
more than 60 £ paid

Dreadful service, one server at the till, chatting away (we think trying to up-sell at the till), we waited so long we had to walk away and find someone else to ask to pay which he duly did. We pointed out they could do with another server at the till. We were asked did we see anyone else on the shop floor???? and replied yes you! Only to be told he shouldn`t have served us and we were very lucky he did. And people wonder why we use Amazon??? Won`t be going back.
