The worst customer service I have ever experienced! Refused to give me my parcel without me producing a bar code, even though I explained I did not need one. He became rude and aggressive towards me and Told me to leave the shop or he would call the police. Went back with a witness and again he was rude and aggressive towards us both. Eventually got my parcel (without producing the barcode he insisted on having the first time) and left the shop with him shouting abuse at me as I left. I hope costcutter view the cctv footage of the incident and sack the man!!! Also accused me of kicking the door on my way out the first time? I have a broken back and walk with a walking stick, no way I could have kicked the door!!!!

I had a card from a delivery company put through my door saying my parcel had been left at this shop as this was their local drop off point. I went up to the shop to collect and even after I should them the card they denied having my parcel.

Like several other reviews here I to share the same opinion that the man taking in parcels absolutely hates that side of his business. I went into a deserted shop (maybe he has scared everyone lese off) . When I was having difficulty locating the card details on my phone he told me to "hurry up as I am busy". It took me literally seconds but that wasn't quick enough. Aren't local retail traders struggling for customers? Is this the way we should be treated? I for one won't be visiting his store again.....

Helped me by accepting my parcel after a drive across Guildford trying to find a shop that would accept my parcel as the rude individual at Savers Minimart in Park Barn refused to accept it even though I had paid for the service to be at their store. Thanks for your help with that.

They won't sell you small item like chewing gums with a debit card. The cashier ignored me while waiting for him to be served and he carried on scanning parcels. I returned the good and left the premises.
