My daughter and I went to Clark?s in Guildford to look for school shoes. When we walked in it was very busy, we sat down and waited our turn. Lauren is the person who helped us, and she provided us with the best retail experience. She measured my daughter?s feet, made her feel really comfortable and heard, gave her a voice which I loved ? she advised me and thoroughly checked the fit of the shoes. Thank you Lauren for the amazing service and experience you provided us!! We will be back

In this supposedly modern day and age, you need an appointment for the kids section. Disappointing to say the least. Supposed to be a shoe store not a surgery. Shame because the shoe quality is quite good.

Christine the Manager was very abrupt with customers and her own staff during our visit today. Some of the staff were clearly quite new but Christine spoke to them quite patronisingly and loudly in front of customers. One girl in particular looked quite terrified of Christine. It was fairly busy in the kids section but to be expected with new school shoes being needed in a few weeks - and the shop should be prepared for and pleased with busyness.
A few new customers appeared whilst we were there and before they had reached the bottom step were asked very loudly if they had an appointment for kids? shoe fitting. If they answered ?no? they were scathingly told to go and take a ticket, like they had done something wrong.
The worst part though was Christine announcing in a very flustered manner, that she was ?losing the will to live? - in front of children and parents. Some children will be excited about getting new school shoes and some very anxious, and this experience should be delivered calmly and pleasantly - no matter how busy you are.

Jude and Anjali are very patient and amazing staff for the kids section. Excellent services and will definitely recommend to buy shoes from Clarks for kid

Christina was really rude and unprofessional with us in the kid section. When we asked for her help she was barely responding and then reluctantly went to get the shoe measurer for the kids. We wanted to buy shoes for the kids but left without because the service was so bad.

I have been to this store three times, and each time I encountered Lesley. Unfortunately, her attitude has consistently been unwelcoming and unprofessional. Whenever I approached her for assistance, she responded with a frown and clear reluctance to help.
What is most uncceptable occurred during my most recent visit. I was interested in purchasing two pairs of shoes and asked Lesley multiple times to confirm the promotional details. She provided misleading information, stating that only one pair was eligible for a 20% discount and that the second pair was full price. This was false ? both pairs were actually part of the promotion. Her tone was impatient and dismissive, and she charged me based on the incorrect pricing.
I will never ever go again. Waste time.

We arrived and waited to speak to someone, I was abruptly told take a ticket and wait!! I found this lady very rude, so we took a ticket and waited a lady then walked in with her son and got his feet measured straight away without taking a ticket? The lady that served us I think was the manager was lovely and so helpful maybe her staff should take a leaf out of her book on manners!

Absolutely do not go here, they gave us the wrong pair of sized shoes and won?t answer their phone to remediate it and we can?t go back because the store is two hours away

We were on holiday in Guildford and went to buy shoes at Clarks, somehow they managed to put the wrong sizes into the box for different foot. They don't pick up their phone and the customer service line refused to deal with in-store issues. Really upset with Clarks service. Leaving a bed review, to hopefully get their attention.

I bought a pair of boots 5 weeks ago, already falling apart, they still have a clear tag on with bar code clear on to read, Chrisie the manager of Guildford branch where I purchased them informed me I would still need to provide proof of purchase, even though the bar code was clear to read?moronic at best.I always recommend Clark?s, not anymore.Disappointing.

Easy shopping. Bright and clean shop. Easy to find shoes and friendly staff was at hand to help.
