I love CEX but they are two things that really let this store down completely. Stock i.e. game and dvd cases being left on piles on the floor in the middle section of the store and all mixed dvds, games etc. not only is it an absolute mess to go through I don't really like going having to pick things up off the floor. Why not put them out normally there isn't one other store in London and South east like it.
The second was the customer service part I couldn't have met anyone so annoyed at working there or hung over I don't know. I brought in product to sell and to buy and he seemed genuinely annoyed at the fact he had to put things through the till he was not okay at all for privacy reasons I won't disclose his description but if head office want one I'm happy to disclose.
All in all won't return and will go to Woking store feels cleaner and friendlier.

I bought some stuff here, sometimes even cheaper than on eBay and places and i recommend, one issue is that there are only 1 or 2 people working at the counters so the wait is long

Lack of staffs and staffs show lack of empathy towards serving the customers. One of the worst experience in the CeX shops I've been to.

Currently waiting outside when the shop is supposed to be open. Been waiting for 15 minutes. What's the point in having an opening time if you can't stick to it?

Selection of DVDs, Blu-rays and game cartridges can be very hit and miss. Husband and I went in one day and they had lots of switch games but two weeks later very little. Time it right and you can get some very good bargains.

I brought a controller, still open on a bank holiday. Staff were really nice and helpful. The controller itself could have done with a wipe down.

These guys deserve a 5 star. I've been shopping for quite a bit in this store. The customers they have to tolerate sometimes is unbelievable. Very polite, always doing their best to stay professional.

The games are neatly arranged, and the staff are all nice, but the selection of games is pretty sub-par for certain consoles (e.g. only roughly twenty games for the 3DS and at least two hundred games for the PlayStation Two) It's okay, and worth checking if you're looking for something in particular for a cheap price.

Would give 0 stars if I could - took my ps5 into them today and the guy ?tested it? took an hour , I came back and they gave it back to me because apparently one of the usb ports didn?t work? Long and behold I?ve got home, plugged everything in exactly how they would, got back tried every usb port on the console and would you believe my shock everything works (as it did 2 days ago when I tested it all myself). Wouldn?t bother wasting your time with these lot

Sold my phone here and I was really pleased with the price I got, especially as it had just been in a drawer at home. The shop was very busy, as it has been other times I have visited so there was a wait.
