Certainly the cashier ladies are very kind and polite but if you have an issue, try to avoid calling for those in the back room!! 6 weeks back they had quite nice items at a sensible price for SECOND HAND ITEMS OF CLOTHING. Today we popped in and prices have more or less doubled. We saw a lightweight shirt from a 5 Yr old Jigsaw collection at £9.50!!!!! And that's across the board now. Good to know that there are stores in Guildford where brand new items are less than that ?

As others have said, prices of things like DVDs and books are amazingly low! The selection usually isn't especially high quality, but can be good for finding a bargain. Would be nice to see more space dedicated to books.

Soo expensive now wonder why most of them closed you need to review the prices i thought I lost my vision some second hand clothes iare £35 and £45 really ?
