Coffee is pretty nice and we were served quickly. The cafe itself didn't feel clean though, many of the tables had dirty dishes and mugs on. There was no atmosphere either. We won't return to this branch

On a hit-and-run visit to the historic center of Guildford we stopped by Caffè Nero for an invigorating stop. We tasted a chocolate milk shake, a mango and passion fruit smoothie, a convincing cream Maritozzo and two real espresso macchiatos. In fact, Caffè Nero coffee products are a certainty for Italians in caffeine withdrawal in the United Kingdom.

Great service. Forgot to mention we wanted decaf cappuccino, was willing to pay for new drink but they replaced free of charge. We went back a couple of hours later because they were so lovely.

Shout out for Sam on Friday very patient kind and thoughtful, and coffee is soo much better than the other one beginning with s, i will be back, had take out drink only but it did look cosy in there.
