This morning was my first appointment at this lovely practice. From a very warm welcome receptionist Lucy, to the excellent professional care from Jeyarathy, it was such a positive experience. Outstanding Experience ? Highly Recommend!
I recently had a root canal done at Bupa Dental Care Merrow, and I can honestly say it was one of the best dental experiences I've ever had. From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming, professional, and made me feel completely at ease.
Dr. Bashir performed the procedure, and his professionalism, skill, and calm demeanor were truly impressive. He took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the process before and during the treatment.
The root canal itself was painless, efficient, and handled with great care.
The clinic is clean, modern, and well-equipped, which also added to my sense of confidence and comfort. I am so grateful to have found a dental practice where I feel safe, respected, and well-informed.
