I can?t recommend Bupa Dental Care enough, especially thanks to my dentist, Veronica. She is incredibly professional, gentle, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. I?ve always felt well cared for during my visits, and the whole experience is stress-free thanks to her and the rest of the amazing staff. Truly grateful for the excellent care!! :)

I loved this place initially. However they overlooked my child?s impacted canine. It cost us about £15,000 for oral surgery and braces. To be honest, I?d want to sue this surgery for malpractice. They are awful.
Added to that, my 20+ daughter presented with extreme tooth pain and rather than referring her for root canal, they pulled the tooth out.
Avoid this place. They are absolutely awful.

I had a dental emergency and reached out to Bupa Dental Care ?they were absolutely amazing. From the first phone call, the staff was kind, professional, and quick to help. They got me in a few days and made me feel comfortable during a very stressful situation.
The dentist and team were incredibly thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly. They didn?t just treat the problem?they found practical, effective solutions tailored to my needs. I truly felt cared for, not rushed or overlooked.
I?m so grateful for their support and highly recommend them to anyone in need of prompt, professional, and compassionate dental care.

I had a fantastic experience at Bupa Dental Care Guildford. Sam (known as Saad Kassab) and the entire team were incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive. Sam took the time to carefully understand my concerns, addressing my issues with patience and expertise. I felt genuinely cared for throughout my visit. I would highly recommend this dental practice. I am a nervous patient but the warm welcome from receptionist and dental nurse helps to reduce anxiety from the start. Qasim Mohammedbhai is an excellent dentist, highly professional and competent. His dental training at Guy?s in London is clearly of the highest standard and his bedside manner is caring and considerate.
