I use this petrol station, the shop and the cafe on a regular basis but have become increasingly dismayed by the overall cleanliness of the site, the car parking area and the slip roads. There is rubbish scattered everywhere.Whilst I realise that this is not specifically the fault of the companies that have businesses on the site which include BP, M&S and Starbucks, and is more likely to be due to ?customers? simply dumping their rubbish, the lack of care is very evident and the cleanliness of the site is the responsibility of the site owner and the businesses that trade there.The bushes and grounds are covered in discarded wrappings, cups and cartons in addition to general rubbish that is being dumped on the slip roads.If the companies don?t care about their surroundings, why will the customers bother?

Accused of being rude when I even offered to clean the disabled toilet myself. We were NOT rude. Again both others were locked.Open the facilities. It?s 2am.They?re busy re stocking and saying they?re under pressure from there being only 2 people. I mean be realistic.

Great place for food, not for toilet, stopped off as a female driver needing the toilet, normal toilets were shut and all that was left open was the disabled which wasn't very clean at all, hate these services where they do that as alot of them do, not all people are disrespectful to the facilities

Hey guys, I think you need to check your sell by dates? how disappointing for our ?swear by M&S? crew? Don?t give M&S a bad name just cos you?re a service station. No point coming back to claim £0.93 p but that?s not the point. The point is M&S has never let me down. Perhaps your standards have. Shame.

I use BP on A3 it's a hit and miss when you go to the loo on both sides ,since they stared all the road works on junction 10 on m25 to A3 also sometimes can't use your BP app on phone as can't always pick a signal up otherwise do good snacks and coffee.

For the last 6 months I?m passing this bp station every Saturday. The men toilet is broken almost every time?today was working but the tap water is not working today!!! So to wash my hands i need to go the my car to clean my hand with my own sanitizer. When you tell to the employees the are looking at me in a very disgusting and unprofessional way as I?m guilty the toilet is in a bad state. But seriously BP is not doing anything as a lot of people let notes here?

Tonight Thursday 17th Aug I was trying to get back home to my pub in Yateley, Coming from Sutton up the A3 only to find that the M25 was closed, so continuing on to the hogs back again road closed, I was tired & hungry so pulled in to the service station, not much time to get back to close up I struggled to find something hot to eat, this guy on the check out had the most genuine way about him, he cheered me up no end, Thank you big man and the offer of a beer on the house still stands, keep up the customer service, you are a natural
