Seriously wild bean you have lost a customer now. It was bad enough that the machine didn't have any chocolate powder so had to hang about for another one to be made but this is the second sausage bap in one week where I'm not getting what I'm paying for. This was already heated in foil so I couldn't check it. You're just ripping people off.
Also the toilets don't flush and the light goes off when you're still in there.

I use this service station regularly and have after 2 years decided to review. This place has terrible service. The staff are rude and not present at all.
They constantly talk to each other and are so super reluctant to help. The queues are long and the most annoying thing is they take ages to action pumps when you are in the forecourt pressing to begin petrol filling. Several times I have had to go in before to ask and they are just talking and look at you like you have disturbed them. As for the toilets - my goodness they are grim.

Went in at 05.15 a.m on Sunday the 23rd June. Went to a self serve coffee machine. The machine on the left was only able to do hot water and espresso so I decided to go to the Till and make payment and ask for a large latte.
The gentleman who served me told me that I must go to the self serve machine. I mentioned to him the the machine isn't working to serve latte's. He replied by saying its working I mentioned to him many times , but he declined to accept what I was trying to get across to him. He wasn't even interested in coming to see for himself what inwas trying to tell him.
I went back to him after serving myself on the 1 machine which was able to make me a latte letting him know to solve the issue with the machine which wasn't working. He just very bluntly said OK, he had no interest whatsoever seemed like he was there just to do his hours and get out of there. I would usually come here few times a week for coffee and fuel due to the job im in.Won't be returning again. Very grumpy member of staff. Atleast smile

Went to pay for my fuel this morning only to see my payment declined even though it had gone through on my online banking. I showed this to the cashier who told me to put the payment through again, which I did. Once again, the payment left my account and displayed as ?declined? on the card machine. The cashier told me that the money would be back in my account in 10 minutes and then proceeded to ask me to put the payment through for a third time. I told him my concerns as I was now around £120 out of pocket and I wasn?t particularly convinced by him telling me that the money would be refunded in 10 minutes. Eventually, he demanded I make the payment again and as expected, it left my account but was displaying as ?declined? on the till. At this point I?ve paid £180 to BP but had technically not paid for my fuel. Eventually the cashier on the next till realises it?s a happening to her too and that it?s a problem with BP?s tills and not with my card. A supervisor came out and printed out the receipts for my declined transactions and told me to come back if the money hasn?t been refunded. He gave me no customer service number or any reassurance. I understand that errors happen and that it is often out of anyone?s control, but in this instance I have lost £180, I am not local so I can?t just pop back and have no chain of communication that this incident happened in the first place. Truly terrible customer service forcing me to place through a transaction again and again without investigating the problem and even worse that I am now left feeling like I might not see that money again. I will not be stopping here in the future.

Awful no pastries for over a month...toilets are nasty staff are rude and smelly....

Expensive fuel. The male toilet is disgusting, stinks and poorly maintained. Counter staff are abrupt and loud. The surrounding grounds are poorly maintained and littered with rubbish especially the exit slip road. I feel I'm in a third world country.
