Slow and inefficiently run. Too few staff for the amount of customers and closed at lunchtime when working people could most make use of the services. Not just a badly run pharmacy but dangerous for people who need to access medicine.

I have my prescriptions and online orders sent here. They don't always text to let me know when they're so it's a bit hit & miss when it comes to collecting items. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful, though.

Went to buy this mossie repellent listed as £5.99 and at the till they are telling me £9.10 for this TINY can, she said it was because of delivery?? I'm standing there with it in my hand so it is me who is delivering it to them from the shelf to the counter!! What is this "delivery" scam they have going, no such rubbish going on at superdrug thank goodness.

A convenient little shop, that soon will be no more due to corporate greed, it's often very busy and popular with a wait to be served. Staff are pleasant..

Please correct your opening times. Drove 25mins to get sons prescription. And it's closed. Not open until 6.30 on Saturday as stated.

The service is dreadful of late. It's not the fault of the team but other nearby pharmacies have closed and this place can't cope. Prescriptions don't get processed. I can't get through on the phone. Boots nationally don't care. What are we supposed to do?

Any negative review in the last year is not fair at all on these guys! If ppl would actually listen, they might be more understanding! All the local pharmacies have CLOSED!! Meaning all your meds are now going to merrow boots - they are amazing and are doing the best they can. Imagine your work load increasing 10x , it?s not there fault , go elsewhere if you don?t like it

Very friendly staff, they are very busy due to other pharmacies closing, but manage to provide a service still. If you go at peak times, there is obviously a wait, and dispensing meds is not as simple as clicking a button, pharmasists are professionals who have a responsibility to check your prescription. I am very thankful they exist and provide a service despite the moany, annoying people they have to tolerate.

My prescription was issued on 6th June. Went to collect it last night to find the opening hours had been reduced. Took time off work to go again tonight, was told they haven?t even looked at prescriptions issued in the last ten days and don?t have the stock.This is ridiculous!You print the prescription, you order what?s on it. It?s not rocket science.Fortunately I have a week of meds left. I will be changing my pharmacy to elsewhere if this is the level of customer service I can expect.
