I had such a lovely experience at Boots thanks to Temi! She helped me with shade matching and was so patient, friendly, and sweet throughout. She really took her time to make sure I was happy and comfortable with everything. You can tell she genuinely cares and enjoys helping people?she made my whole visit so much better. Amazing service from someone who clearly goes above and beyond!

Great experience. Temi was super helpful and walked us through the shop, showing different contouring options for mhy complexion. Great selection of both make up and curly hair products, even salon brands.

This shop generally needs stronger management everytime I go on the second floor all staff is just chatting or on their phones. No help at all just giving you bad vibes and talking about you. Just kinda sets the mood that you dont want to try any product and you just leave without buying anything because of the way you get treated. And i see in the reviews that's ongoing problem and boots respond is automatic. They dont really care.

8.35 in the morning. No one on the bottom floor so couldn't buy painkillers as they are restricted. Then all the self service tills on the upper floor closed. Apparently they don't like people buying things here.

Pharmacy unable to offer even simple advice for dermatological question about a simple skin condition on the face. Seems like exactly the sort of thing a large pharmacy with a team of pharmacist should be able to deal with?! Now I will have to waste the time of a GP?! What?s the point in community pharmacy if they cannot offer simple clinical advice and topical treatments?!

I?ve been to boots multiple times , this time I was with my partner . We we taking a video of the make to show my partners sister as she was not with us and we wanted to get things for her , we weren?t making a scene or anything . As my partner was walking around I noticed 2 blonde women talking at the counter by the ordinary and mid conversation ( which wasn?t work related at all ) they stopped what they where doing and started freaking out over the fact that my boyfriend was just taking a video of the MAKEUP not the people , to show his sister . They then decided to call an older women to now get involved . I saw a situation that was about to get blown way out of proportion and I said very politely that he was just taking a video to show his sister . Then on the way out I could hear that she was speaking about about us . She was to busy putting on store make up and not doing her job. I find that this was very rude and feel like she mad a judgment on my boyfriend just because of his culture which I find appalling. After that we haven?t gone back in because I don?t believe a women who discriminates should work in a store that?s meant to be helpful. Customer service in boots is not the best and most ladies there are very rude.

I went to the store because I was unsure about the foundation I had bought online (Estée Lauder). I received help from Louis, who turned out to be like a fairy godfather to me. He helped me find the correct shade of foundation and even took me outside to check it in natural daylight so I could see the difference in how it looked. He shared all sorts of tips and tricks with me. I was incredibly impressed there aren't enough words to express it! Louis is not only humble but also incredibly talented at makeup. I highly recommend him to anyone who is new to the makeup world because he is the best.

I have rarely written a review and through the years I have encountered bad customer service, but this one is the worst. I am speaking about the pharmacy portion of Boots. I came in with a written prescription and it took them a while, and then the lady came back and said something like there is a problem with the prescription, it does not specify whether you take the medication once a day or twice a day. I explained to her that it said clearly on the prescription, "as required." I tried to explain to her that "as required" does not warrant a schedule. I explained to her my doctor has given out prescriptions before with the exact same thing and I have never had any issue. I did not want to waste my time arguing with her and asked her whether they have the medication anyway as another pharmacy did not. She said that they needed to order it. Why did she not tell me that to begin with? I will never go this pharmacy again. It is just beggars' belief the incompetence and stupidity.

I came to Boots to find a new foundation and Katie was excellent at helping me. She did a colour match and offered me multiple options depending on how heavy I want the coverage to be. She also showed me multiple different application techniques and made sure I?m happy with everything.
I?m very impressed with customer service at Boots and if you need assistance with choosing makeup ask for Katie

As someone who has shopped here for a long time i have encountered my fair share of bad store experiences however I think this one is worth putting out publicly. I was at the Clarins/ Chanel counter area, looking for a gift, first i?d like to say that there were five women stood chatting not one greeted me or turned their head. Secondly when I was trying samples on my hand, the lady from clarins asked if i needed help in a manner that seemed like she didn?t want to help me, I simply replied no thank you. I picked what i wanted by myself and then asked to pay at the counter, standard for the more high end products; the blonde lady on the clarins counter barely said anything to me and instead spoke to her friend saying ?oh i have such a funny story to tell you?, again, completely ignoring me. She gave my my things and receipts, I wasn?t offered a bag so I asked and she snatched my things back rolling her eyes and picked up a paper bag that was still sealed on the bottom (it wasn?t opened out) threw it in and almost threw it at me. I am appalled with how I was treated, as an anxious teenager I wouldn?t have complained but i?m realising that it is wrong for employees to behave in a way that is not well reflective of the shop.

Customer service from the girl at mac was not what you expect. When I asked for a brush to try a product on she said she didn?t have a brush and left it at that? didn?t offer a solution to help me. When I asked for two samples of different shades of a foundation (to try obviously!) she was not happy said that the limit was one, despite the point of samples being to help decide on a shade. Just not helpful
