I can?t believe how rude and condescending the woman ( with dark shoulder length hair) in this place is! So rude generally - she seems to look down on each customer - you can see it as you queue. Also suggesting that people have a problem for buying items the doctor has suggested you use! For a situation that she knows nothing about! It?s a shame to have to be upset by someone so mean in their attitude when you have been perfectly polite to them. Should not be employed in customer service - ever. Very upset to have been spoken to in such a disrespectful way. I see that I am not the only one noticing this from many of these reviews. Other members of staff there seem lovely. What a shame.

I picked up a prescription and I have never been spoken to in such a rude manner. Purposely mispronouncing my name to try and humiliate me and then when I asked her which box to tick on an irrelevant form she had the cheek to say ?when people ask me that I tell them to read the form?. Turns out there was no relevant box. I will never use this pharmacy again after using it for 7 years.

Called this pharmacy by mistake thinking it was another one near by. Am pleased I don't deal with them as the lady who answered when I call was rude and abrupt should really look at customer service skills
