I rarely write reviews but exceptional service deserves it. I was assisted in my purchase by Dora, who also colour matched me to the stick foundations. She was charming, helpful, had a lovely smile & was so welcoming & gracious, it makes me want to return, even just to say hello:).

Just popped into the Guildford store to "look." The staff were so friendly & helpful. Nothing was to much trouble. It was really nice to talk to staff that were not pushy & actually took an interest in what I was looking for. I left after buying a few items, that were perfect! I will definitely be going back for more products.

Popped in for a new foundation and found a warm welcome and greeted nicely. Caroline offered help and advice without being pushy, totally friendly and genuine. Gave loads of advice and recommended products for future purchases. Came away with 4 products and some samples that were specific to me which makes a refreshing change from many make up counters that just throw anything in the bag.Will definitely return! Thanks Caroline!! Excellent service!

I popped in for a colour match after getting the wrong colour 3 times both online and in store. Sabrina helped me get a perfect match. She was really helpful with skincare and concealer too. Great service. I?m so pleased I went in. Thank you.

Nice experience ??I came here to find a new foundation. I was tired of cakey foundation, I want to find one with no makeup look. The staff was really helpful to choose the right colour for me.I?m so blessed to find out my right foundation.Thank so much.
