Sadly Barclays just don?t care about their customers, they can call them liars, tell them they cannot have their phone on loudspeaker and even tell them they will make someone listen to them and it be absolutely fine to stress your customers out to tears. 5 requests to make a complaint to be told I?ll now have to wait 8 weeks before this behaviour is even looked at. I?ve been lied to, called a liar, 5 different times given for a cheque to clear, hung up on 5 times just for being on loudspeaker, being spoken over continuously, refusing to answer sensible questions and told I will be made to listen. What?s the point in a bank who is only looking at pushing their customers down more.
