Disappointing experience in the trade department
Cheap customers buying wall paper and plants etc, telling the staff that they are trade to try to get a pound knocked off and when asked to show their trade card they haven't got one which entails holding up the line of real trade customers

Fresh Modern Bathroom Installed by KASKO Multi-Trade Services.
We had a tired old bathroom. Tiles were falling, the bath and shower were poor, and the sink was cheap. We picked a modern design at B&Q.
The team at B&Q were great especially Portia, who helped us plan, design and price the new bathroom. They linked us to their trusted supplier and installers KASKO Multi-trade services.
Keith from KASKO arrived with Alex to evaluate the bathroom pre install. They showed respect for our house and took off their shoes. They gave an honest appraisal of the space. They looked at the whole house, not just the bathroom.
They started early and worked late. Keith managed and brought in electricians and other specialists. PJ joined them too. They removed waste and cleaned up.
We now have a modern wonderful looking and fully functional bathroom with power shower, and sleek design. The job finished right when they said it would. Everything works well. We are happy with the result. I would recommend B&Q for their bathroom design and KASKO multi-trade services for their fantastic and professional installation and hard work. Brilliant!

It?s a B&q like any other but the access means it isn?t worth it. You?ll often spend longer in the car park waiting to get out than you do in the store. Easier to go to wickes across the road.

You find the same items on eBay and Amazong Way way cheaper. Plus your also saving Petrol, Traffic jams, and Time. It's a no Brainer. Get your goods online. Store is a rip off!!!!!!

Visited the Guildford store in search of purchasing a shower unit and accessories and was greatly assisted by Ross. I found him to be very professional and was extremely impressed by his product knowledge which convinced me to purchase from the store.

If you want a world class example of service and going the extra mile then Fred at B&Q Guildford was the epitome of that. Clearly part of the policy of recruiting older folks who have lots of knowledge and skills, this was a great experience buying a cordless mower. Gave me all the info I needed then ensured that the stock would be available at Leatherhead by personally ringing them to check. Keep on recruiting the likes of Fred- they do more for brand and customer service than any advert. ***** stars- AWESOME EXPERIENCE
