I love anaj!!! , favourite indian in guildford !!! the food is always absolutely delicious and the portion sizes are wonderful especially for value for money. The staff are lovely and happy to recommend as well as assist woth amendments

I seriously do not recommend anyone to try Anaj either in person or order through Uber eats. I would rate it negative but Google doesn?t give me that choice. Anaj provides average food but is terrible at their services. This is not the first time that I experienced a missing item on my order and when called the restaurant they don?t even show the decency of apologising and just cancels out my request by throwing a refund. Today in particular I ordered only 3 items Aloo chop, veg Biryani and tadka daal. They did not deliver tadka daal at all and when called the restaurant, the person on line rudely mentioned that he won?t do anything just that he would refund my order money. I even politely asked that we are not far away from restaurant but he rudely refused and excused that he doesn?t have a man to deliver and literally hung up on me!!! Seriously!! Dear restaurant owner, do you think you run a food bank?! I paid for my order in full IN ADVANCE and you do not even bother to apologise for messing up my order!?!

Have had several curries at Anaj - each and every one has been utterly divine. Superbly spiced, and fantastic flavours. Seriously underrated, absolute gem.
Best dish - prawn naga, with garlic naan, and spicy poppadom.

Absolutely fantastic!We came for the curry evening which is held every Tuesday. £12 for a curry, rice or naan and drink (soft drink, wine or beer).It?s amazingly good value for money and we really enjoyed the food. Particular highlights were the lamb saag, lamb vindaloo, chicken bhuna and chicken korma. The soft buttered naans were amazing too and seemed like they had come straight out of a tandoor. Just fantastic!Kapilla who served us is lovely and one of the sweetest, hardworking ladies you?ll ever meet. Thank you to Kapilla and all of the team for a lovely evening, we will be back for sure ?Vegetarian options: Lots of veggie optionsParking: Parking available on the adjacent roads

The food here is fantastic, tried a few different curries. Those who say the delivery was cold, this happens everywhere depending on distance.If you eat in or live close by, the food is always hot and 10/10.

Come in every week on Tuesday for the £12 deal with the pint. I love it every time, The staff are some of the nicest people out there. Would always recommend.
