Visited today food drinks and service very good. However no soap or gel in gents. Also my wife reported ladies toilets urgently needed cleaning and complained. Answer was no cleaner today. Not a satisfactory answer just an update my wife and grandkids visited recently (Feb 2025) bad service from staff and manager confronted totally not interested. Food was good but service and attitude apalling why bother going

They didn?t have the cocktail I wanted which was initially disappointing. Was happy to choose something else but then the food came and it all went downhill.
We ordered the halloumi fries which cost £8.95 which we believe was a rip off for what arrived. See the image attached.

I was left disappointed at my service at All Bar One Guildford after I took my boyfriend and eight of his friends for food and drinks on the 14th for his birthday celebrations. We were not told the service cycle when we sat at our table, and I had quite hope we would receive table service. After around 10 minutes of waiting to see if our waiter would explain the service cycle, I suggested that we order from the app. There was a fair amount of time for drinks to arrive but since it was a busy shift and there seemed to be few staff on to manage the load, this wasn?t really a sticking point. What really fell short for us was that none of the drinks were made to spec. All of our drinks came ungarnished, I was particularly upset that my little moons cocktail came without the little moon and when I asked the server if the bar had run out he looked clueless, rolled his eyes and as if he couldn?t really be bothered to check. He looked extremely miserable which is unsurprising at this time of the year when hospitality staff is generally overworked and underpaid. Drinks aside we didn?t wait an abnormally long time for food and all the dishes were cooked well although again the festive dish wasn?t festive. My fries came without the sage and onion festive sprinkle and my burger without cranberry sauce. I flagged the fries when our server returned and again he seemed very confused, he went back to the kitchen and bought them back out with the festive drink sprinkle which had raspberries in it. I was very underwhelmed because I had waited all year to have this dish again, it is one of my favourites! This was such a shame having worked in an All Bar One site previously, I really feel for the staff at this time of year and do I believe that the FOH floor team were doing the best they could but from a Bar and BOH perspective it just seemed lazy. The supervisor/ manager that saw to us during our service was lovely and very chipper. Please consider rotating more staff on during the busy festive periods.

The food was great, but the drinks service was poor. Our waiter didn't know that we could order from the table, so after a few trips up and down the stairs ordering drinks another member said we could order from the table. After that we had to keep finding someone to order the drinks. There didn't seem enough staff or if there was, they weren't very attentative. We didn't get asked if our meal was ok or if we would like more drinks once.
Also there were no festive novelties like crackers or hats, etc.

Slow to start and a few wrong orders but Jake and Chris saved the day so lovely and hospitable very good would recommend as servers. Chicken quesadillas amazing.

Food was completely amazing but music did not cater for a broader age group. Some 80s and 90s bangers would have been great!

I don't mind paying full price for drinks however the cocktails are not good value for money when the glass designed for the drink is not filled up. Especially when there is froth on the top and there was still a large gap.

The food was perfectly serviceable and it complimented the free drinks. Those exact drinks were the main attraction as they were made amazing as they spared no expense. Our specific waitresses, Shonda, made sure we had a great time as well as making sure we'd gotten enough from our bottomless brunch and making sure we were comfortable on our way out. The all bar one is a great place for anybody that wants a fun brunch out with their friend.
