Literally every time I come here to try to post something the post office person supposedly isn?t there. It?s got to be the most useless post-office I know!Just turned up now, 2.25pm to send something that?s been pre-paid for ? and he said ?post office doesn?t open until 2.30pm? while standing behind the post office desk ??????

Appalling customer service from the gentleman in the Post Office. Every time I've been in, he's come across as deliberately unpleasant. Minimum spend of £10 on card in the shop, which seems so archaic nowadays.

I had a small item to post and requested a certificate of posting, but the manager refused to accept my item for posting and made up an excuse telling me that because I'd paid for the postage online, it could not be accepted and that I should return the following day. This was not true as when I drove to another post office down the road they accepted it without any issues at all. I want to support a local business and I always made a point of buying items in the shop when using the post office, but the attitude of the manager can be quite rude and unhelpful. I will therefore avoid using this shop and go elsewhere.
