Came to the shop to recycle my books according to the Book Cycle program. Went into the store 3 times and all these times the computer program has crashed. Customer service is fine but the system is terrible. The staff kept saying there is nothing she can do which left me with no option but to not recycle my books with WHSmith. Ended up donating them to charity, I will not be buying from this store ever again.

I came here with my Grandmother around 2pm as she was eager to buy two new cross stitch magazines. Two staff members in the whole store both rude and dismissive, laughing about my Grandmother in front of her face when she asked about the second magazine that clearly was not on the shelf. I also came to the store yesterday where again they were laughing about people behind their backs and in front of their faces. Never going here again if I can avoid it.

A great store that has been a mainstay in Godalming High Street for many years.The store is well-stocked, but staff members are often hard to find.

Staff were helpful but thin on the ground so had to wait for someone to be available. Great selection of products, which are well displayed but shelving units make the shop feel cramped and cluttered. One of the things I was buying a birthday card, the price list was really hard to find, could only find one list in the whole area.

1 staff member in the whole shop and that was behind the till. Wasted 10 mins looking for something with no help to assist. Couldn't find it and not able to ask the cashier.

Good collection of books and cards. Would be 5 stars if the parking was free. The parking areas are free on Sundays.
