Came to the shop to recycle my books according to the Book Cycle program. Went into the store 3 times and all these times the computer program has crashed. I came here with my Grandmother around 2pm as she was eager to buy two new cross stitch magazines. Two staff members in the whole store both rude and dismissive, laughing about my Grandmother in front of her face when she asked about the second magazine that clearly was not on the shelf. A great store that has been a mainstay in Godalming High Street for many years.The store is well-stocked, but staff members are often hard to find.
