RUDE staff, I go in here often and most of the staff are just rude. I went in today, greeted the young man Michaela 5 times and he blatantly ignored me. The lady with coloured hair equally rude.

Staff rude, condescending and unhelpful.
So called manager by the name of ?Dan? very argumentative and rude. Will not be using that store again.
Perhaps staff need to attend a refresher course on customer service.

Amazing opening hours, good fresh fruit and vegetable section, wide range of goods, helpful staff. Were very lucky to have this little supermarket in our village.

Always a poor experience, from the messy shop to the fact that somehow staff are in the aisles restocking constantly even during the busiest periods, the self check outs never work because they're so dirty that nothing scans, if something needs to be id'd even though it's 1 push of a button from the person at the till they take ages and ages queues are always long. I don't understand how you can work in a store, see stuff is dirty and not automatically think I'll clean that.

My local store, staff are lovely and helpful, place is clean and always well stocked. If it weren't for the ridiculously frustrating self serve tills (which require more human assistance than actual cashiers would need) this place would be even better. Management need to bin these awful things, nothing but hassle and constant failures. I don't know a single person who thinks they benefit anyone. Plus, they don't take cash in the self service tills, so if you want or need to pay cash, you have to wait in a huge line to be served by one struggling team member. Not enough staff where they're needed!!

Good range of fruit, veg, ingredients to cook meals from scratch, ready meals, newspapers and toiletries. Flowers and basic health/pharmacy items.
