Attended the pet pals workshop today, the kids loved it! Tracy was great and made the whole experience for them amazing. They loved holding the guinea pig, making a set up for the hamster and feeding the fish, they also couldn?t wait to get home to put their little home they made for wild animals in the garden! We all had a lovely time thank you so much Tracy and pets at home, would definitely recommend and return ?

Regularly visit this store to stock up on the pets essentials. The staff are always friendly, the dogs love to come along too, as they get spoilt with treats.

The staff in the store are very rude and unbelievably not helpful at all. I asked to complain to the manager who said his name was Harry, who had the worst attitude of all the staff. I can now see why the attitude is so bad at this store as it comes down from the manager Harry. I won?t spend another penny at this store.

Reasonable on most things, but every dog bed I have bought from them ( 2 so far) I have had to replace the zips on because they are not puppy proof.

Genuinley the worst customer experience I've encountered for a very long time. Was at Guildford store to get a new cat tower that's come on a fantastic deal on the pets at home app but they didn't have one in stock. I checked the local stores for availability on the app and it said godalming had some. The staff at Guildford corroborated this information so I made the journey to Godalming store. Once there the staff didn't even acknowledge me despite store being dead quiet when I asked for assistance he didn't know about the offer didn't know what cat tower it was didn't think to.look on his computer or device for if there's stock and just said nah this is the only one we got. Asked if I get any goodwill gesture as it's a display unit so was covered in dust and already built which would've made transportation inconvenient to which he just said nah and laughed. I asked him to check what stores have it in stock to which he said he doesn't know and didn't think to check. At this point I just walked out. Utterly horrendous experience.

Fantastic shop with excellent, well trained and helpful staff. I don?t normally like to shop in big chain stores but an acquaintance who has had dogs for decades recommended the Godalming branch of Pets At Home; I can attest that all the glowing reviews are true. The knowledgeable staff clearly love their jobs and animals. I will definitely be back.
