If I could give 0 star, I would. I have had the worst experience with LYH, I was mis-sold a bespoke sofa after travelling into the showroom and asking several questions to get clarity on everything that was important to us. The team are really not knowledgeable, consultative and don't listen, which has led to a item being purchased which was the opposite to what we had asked for. The service from start to finish was awful, I raised my concerns of the entire process and tried to find a solution, which is unfortunately still unresolved (sofa purchased in April 2022 and delivered in July 2022), which just shows the level of poor service. I have contacted the owner to discuss the feedback and in hope to get to a solution, he will not respond to availability to have a call. I can't believe a business operates like this. Anyway, my advice would be do not invest with LYH, as you will be very disappointed with the process, experience, service and particularly after sales care.

Terrible experience. Furniture delivered damaged and with poor finish. Shocking customer service getting this resolved (non-returned emails, lengthy delays in response, random emails from other parts of the business). Eventually managed to get someone to collect faulty products for repair, never heard back, despite chasing. Ran out of patience and cancelled. Avoid and stick to a more established brand. Would give a zero star review if I could.

We LOVE our new Love Your Home sofas! We took a trip to the showroom in Surrey in June and the lady was so helpful in guiding us through the different sofas. We ended up purchasing a blue velvet corner sofa and a smaller two-seater. Communication was great the whole way through and we received them within the 8 week window. The delivery men were very efficient and followed Covid-19 safety protocols. They took away all the packaging and we were left with our lovely sofas - a very easy process. The sofas are great quality and we love that they are completely bespoke. My sister has a Loaf sofa and this is WAY better quality! Actually had a terrible customer service experience with Loaf so I would much rather support a company like Love Your Home who offer the bespoke service. No need to plump up the cushions either; they return to their original shape immediately. I can highly recommend this company :)

Highly recommended.A fantastic show room in Surrey. A range of designs from modern through to traditional and some great fabrics. Sofa was delivered by a high quality specialist furniture team. They were even able to take out a sash window to get the sofa in.Build quality of frame seems really good and sturdy and it is comfy.From start to finish I'd recommend shopping here.

Just received our jasper sofa from love your home today. It has to be one of the most gorgeous pieces of furniture I've owned and definitely worth the money. Izzy was super helpful and friendly helping me decide whether it would fit and the delivery team they use are also great. It is like the sofa was lifted from my dream!!

We were very disappointed to arrive at the showroom and to see that the Sophie Corner sofa looks very far from its photographic illustration on the website. The seat pillow raises substantially in both corners, rendering the sofa mechanism clearly visible from outside. We pointed out that this was a design flaw and were subsequently told that the designer was working on improving this aspect. This was a complete waste of time on our part for a number of factors - the biggest one being that they are based in the middle of nowhere with no public transport available. Therefore it cost us £70 round trip to view a sofa which was clearly misrepresented. Moreover this is not a cheap sofa - it would not be unreasonable to expect better quality from a corner sofa costing in excess of £3000.

Despite some dispute over delivery timing, which was gratefully resolved, we are delighted with our Chesterfield sofabed. I was apprehensive about the stain resistant velvet fabric, but itâ??s like some kind of black magic! Amazing! Lovely sofa, comfy guest bed, good delivery team. Thank you!

I went to Love Your Home yesterday and I was blown away! the place is totally fabulous and I was served by the lovely Tabitha who was knowledgable about the product, extremely efficient and really an absolute joy! i have been looking for modern, luxurious but not over the top sofas for ages and came away with a sofa, chair and a bed! and hopefully a sofa bed too. I cannot praise the place more.

First rate experience dealing with LYH. Amazing furniture in beautiful surroundings and a welcoming team to help you with your choices. We needed bespoke furniture sizing for our new house and these were expertly designed to fit each room utilising the scale building plans we had. Not sure where elsewhere you could get that level of detail from for such excellent value, too. This place is a true hidden gem!
