I had my debit card hacked yesterday.Im stuck in Spain, trying to get home!.I have been trying to contact my Godalming branch for two days.No one has responded ! Dreadful none existent service.Will be closing my accounts on my return to UK and reporting the whole debacle to the Financial Ombudsman office.well finally the manager responsible called me three days later only because amember of Lloyds fraud department sent an official complaint to him! No apology,very arrogant.

Lloyds is very nice bank with friendly & knowledgeable staff. Banking transactions are nowhere so easy other than Lloyds Bank. One of my colleague with HSBC tend to open bank account in Lloyds when she realizes the fact. Change of address, Cash Deposit etc never took more than a minute.
