Unless you happen to be one of Jewson's national accounts, you'll pay through the nose at any of their depots. The upside of this branch and hence the 4-star review, is that the staff are friendly and welcoming and will gladly sell you anything from one paint pot to a whole kitchen.

Absolutely terrible service... 10 bags of cement going into a merc when only 5 allowed. Twisted split wood... Awful place. I no longer let any of my trades people go there or family n friends. #rubbish

Really quite impressed.Good customer service, professional staff and clear instructions helped me get my order and unwieldy goods promptly.I think I'll probably use them a bit more rather than homebase or b&q.

I have recently had a kitchen fitted from them. My kitchen arrived with parts missing or wrong parts which held up the job.Its been a complete nightmare.Just ordered some more flooring which has arrived soaking wet and ruined,the actual goods are good if you can get past the incompetent staff. Dont go there.
