Came over from Guidford to collect an urgent web order collection. Only selected Godalming as available today. No email but assumed it was ready as end of day and must be in stock or if not something similar. Google timings show closing at 5.30. Not the case, 4pm closure and email to tell me its not ready when I got home at 5pm. No surprise, no one is working, of course it isn't ready. No wonder physical shops are dying off versus the Internet.
