All the hair stylist’s and reception staff are very welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing. Nello did a great job cutting my 3-year-old's first haircut. He was very patient with my daughter because she kept moving her head, but the result was great. We love it. We highly recommend Nello :)
