I had such a pleasant experience today at Farmhouse Pizzeria, I went into the shop to place an order for two pizzas and some curly fries. The gentleman working there was so kind and welcoming ? he even offered me a great meal deal and made sure everything was perfect.
The shop itself is lovely, and the pizza is absolutely worth every penny. My waiting time was only about 15 minutes, which is super quick, and everything was fresh and delicious.
Definitely recommend this place if you?re in the area! I?ll be back for sure

The worst experience ever. We?ve moved in to Farncombe few months ago. We?ve come in to this pizza place after busy week. When we were about to place an order with the owner , become very rude towards his worker who served us . The man who worked there was very polite and friendly trying to offer us the best deal and the older man stared shouting at him. Afer he took order from us this old man was disciplining this man like he was a little boy. I?m feeling sorry for this man who?s working there. How horrible to be treated like this in front of clients, no respect to us and his staff , also he made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. AVOID if you can the worst place I?ve been- never will return.

Website said it was open, checked a few days beforehand as well. Door was locked, lights were on and sign said they were open. No one answered the phone so we had to go further a field to place a rather large order for a party. There loss. Shan't even bother next time.

Avoid using this place they took over an hour to come and the whole order was wrong when I phoned the restaurant the owner got aggressive and tried to blame me for there mistake the food looked like something you would get in prison if I could give 0 stars I would absolutely atrocious place.

Ordered food today on just eat at 6:50 today dint receive my food until 8:10. I called the restaurant and they said the food was on its way. Waited for two hours and contacted the restaurant again and they said I had cancelled my order when in reality I hadn?t. In the end after waiting for 2 and a half hours I dint receive the two pizzas that I ordered. Disgusting service and the restaurant was super rude and unprofessional on call. Would rate it 0 star if I could.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Went there today and the owner or the man at the counter was extremely rude and unbothered. Kept on receiving calls on the telephone and speaking to customers at same time. Food was disappointing and cold by the time received. Have been to other branches of farmhouse which have been much better. But this branch was simply pathetic

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Absolutely DISGRACEFUL service.Wondered where our food was after a 1.5 hour wait at home. Called the shop and they said no order had been put thorough?the so called ?owner/manager? said it?s nothing to do with them and that it?s the website. They wouldn?t accept a email confirmation, payment proof of bank transfer or the online confirmation code. Said it was our issue to contact their website not theirs (even though it?s their own website)? they say there?s no way of cooking our food or getting money back. I?ve never left a review, I work in hospitality myself but this was genuinely dreadful. Don?t go, don?t waste your money for stupid people.
