Absolutely first rate customer service. We had quite a complicated situation, returning some goods to China, and the lady in the post office was a total star - on the ball, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and patient; an absolute object lesson in how to provide top quality service.

The lady running this post office is a credit to the company. The service is second to none. I always come away feeling happier than when I went in. She remembers all the requirements of you as a customer. Honestly makes me sad if I ever have to use an alternative post office.

The customer service in this shop and post office is in a league of it's own. Many other businesses could learn valuable business communication and customer interaction from the shop staff. It's always a pleasure to visit this establishment.

A great place to stop and buy the essentials i.e wine from Taurus wines as well as great coffee and cake served by Friendly staff.
The post office is also super useful for sending and collecting letters and parcels etc. with a running commentary provided by the "USA"...ð???

The shop has had a face lift which has given it a lovely feel and much better layout. fantastic selection of goods making it much easier to shop. Annie in the post office is a legend!
