Absolutely appalling service, my close friend got dominos and when we went to eat we found mushroom on the pizza, it was not what we asked for and my friend is ALLERGIC!. When we called to let them know and get compensation for it, the manager replied with it?s not all over the pizza so we were fine, and that she would only give us half of what we paid for. She was incredibly rude and continued to repeat it wasn?t all over the pizza just on a part of it. Which is incredibly wrong considering it shouldn?t matter it was on the pizza. Would not recommend going there.

Thank you Domino's, you're helping me keep healthy as I won't be ordering from you again!! Ordered the pizza at 5.30pm to be delivered at 8pm and it arrived cold and very late at 8.40pm. Only plus side it tasted good, but being cold and very late just ruined it.

Ordered on the app. It stated 40 minutes. After 1hr10mins still no pizza. Called several times. Finally got through to the manager (who was very lacking in customer service) who said it would be at least another 15 minutes. Said she could not do any kind of refund only money off vouchers for next order! When I asked for her name she was reluctant to give it to me. Very poor customer service and still no Pizzas.

Order came, wasn't mine. had to get the driver who couldn't wait to get away to take it to the adress on sticker the side of the box so some other poor guy wasn't wondering where his order was. Mine arrived an hour later, cold. its not hard is it

Consistently the worst domino's experience going. As enticing as the thought of dominos is, don't waste your time and money going here. Complained to customer services about my most recent terrible experience and after me chasing them 5 times they did nothing.

Ordered large pizza and 3 sides on Saturday evening around 5:30pm expecting the usual hour wait. The tracking app was clearly wrong as it was saying that it was checking the food for at least 20+ minutes which meant it was sitting on the side forgotten about. Then finally when it was out for delivery the driver's GPS ended up stopping halfway up Hallam Road then finally after well over an hour someone turns up on a bicycle!! Needless to say everything went in the microwave. Definitely not worth the £40. Drivers never seem to choose the quickest route to get to our house which is less than a 10min drive from the store.
On the odd occassion we have had decent well made, hot, pizza delivered within 30 mins, but in the last couple of years its gone downhill unfortunately.

DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM ! The staff don't know how to do their job- It takes 1 h and 40 min to " deliver " because you will get nothing- just waste of money non refundable. Driver could not find the adress and the manager " couldn?t find " my phone number as a proof of me calling for an update twice. I've been told I will get a refund în 3-5 working days which I didn?t. They are liers, scammers and that shop should be closed - the bad reviews of hundreds of other people speaks volume.

I ordered the ?Absolute Banger? pizza on Saturday. A few hours after eating the pizza I was extremely ill, vomiting and diarrhoea. I was vomiting every hour until 12pm the next day along with hourly diarrhoea. My body would not take on any fluids at all and I was left sick for two days with food poisoning. I have had to take time off work and my partner who is a paramedic had to take time off to take care of me out of fear of having to go A&E as I was getting severe dehydration.
I called the stores manager who just shrugged it off and said contact customer service and said ?I hope you get better soon?. No offer of compensation, no offer of anything to rectify of make good on this situation at all.
I have since contacted customer service and I await their response. Safe to say I will never be returning as a customer.

Ordered a medium pizza last week. Either the staff cannot cope with the orders and the quality drops or the delivery people don't know what they are doing. Either way it arrived with the toppings completely missed off two slices and half of the crust was mushed up and squidgey. Extremely bad considering I had paid £23.99 for it. An absolute disgrace and I will not be using them again considering when I complained they weren't willing to do anything. Deliveroo a far better bet.

Ordered at 7pm for delivery 35-40 minutes on a Saturday. 1.5 hours later the app says its out for delivery 7 minutes away. Stays that way for another 30 minutes..? The driver gps is supposedly half hour away on the map at a school??? Tried calling the Godalming store several times and knowone answers... my family are at home hungry so I drive to the store. I enquire and show them my app as to where the driver is and they pull a bag from the many others sat on a shelf and say here it is... so it wasn't out for delivery?! The woman behind the counter asks me do I want to take it from here????? Yes it's quicker then getting it delivered geez! I am already here! Anyway she passes my boxes which are now stone cold and says we will refund the delivery charge.. she then walks away. Wow thanks love! Took my food home and had to re heat it in my oven. Won't be ordering again!

Ordered at 7pm via the app. Was told 30 minutes for delivery. Gets to 8pm and still not out for delivery. Tried to call several times to follow up and no one picked up the phone at any point. Gets to 9pm and the order is marked as delivered when it hasn?t been, we try and call again to no avail. We then eventually receive an order at 9.10pm, 2 hours past original delivery time and none of the items were what we ordered so sent back. We then needed to travel into the store at 9.15pm as no one was answering the phone, to issue the refund. There was mention between the team of us being ?trouble makers? when we always endeavour to treat anyone fairly and we ensured we were being reasonable whilst also communicating the situation. We eventually had a refund issued, however we now have to wait 5 days for this to be returned. We then had to go to the shops to get dinner in, luckily there were places still open.
We have used this domino?s over the past 1-2 years and have always recommended it due to its efficient, friendly and quality service. Unfortunately, this is no longer the case and we will not be ordering from here again unless there are some drastic changes in quality and service.

This is the worst dominos ever. The food is always cold, deliveries are always over an hour late, and they never answer the phone. The employees are rude, lazy, and do their best not to help you with anything.
