I really love Costa coffee and this one in Godalming High Street is my nearest. Great coffee and good service but please Mr Costa can you update the interior? Compared with the new coffee shops in town it is rather drab. Say no more.

Back in here today a week after my traffic collision. The staff have shown great care by adding cold milk to porridge and offering me straws with my drinks and using slim glass mugs. It means a lot when you're in constant pain and not slept all week x
...been back here a few times.
JACK and CHARLOTTE are lovely people. They still give me straws and tall glass and extra ice and listen to me winge. They even gave me an empty coffee box so i could sit phone on it and type without hurting my hand or neck so much.
I love coffee and wouldn't go anywhere else in Godalming for my future drinks x

Really nice cafe, staff are friendly and service quick. There's plenty of seating both inside and out, plus a range of seating to accommodate most requirements.

Visited on Monday. No hot chocolate. Cakes looking barren. Last visit only one member of staff in. Drink was pretty poor. Used to love costa but there?s better in godalming now.
