Understaffed, a bell to ring when you want to pay for your items which I do not think worked after pressing several times. The ladies at the pharmacy just could not be bothered to help my partner at all and just sent to go look online, even though the Guildford branch sent us to Godalming. Waste of time, fuel and money!

Boots Godalming, I received a fantastic service from Amanda who helped sort out a lost delivery although she was busy she went out of her way to help me out when no one else including me knew what to do, she went above and beyond normal service being very helpfull and pleasant, and turned a bad shopping experience into a good one ,many thanks a very satisfied customer.

This review is about the very poor service I received at the chemist section of Boots Godalming; I will state I have not experienced any poor service or rudeness amongst any other staff working there.
In fact I would generally say they have always been pleasant. On this occasion I was queuing behind another customer at the pharmacy counter who took approximately 10 minutes to be served. When it was my turn I was told the chemist was now closed for prescriptions. it was closed at exactly the moment I was being served. She was aware that I had been waiting some time. I had not realised the chemist closed early on a Saturday; I was however, there 10 mins before they closed the pharmacy area. I explained the eye drops I needed to get were vital and that I had been told that the person could go blind if they didn't get the medication immediately. It was not a medication that could wait, It would not have taken long to check one bottle of eye drops. There were no tablets to count. The staff member was totally unmoved. She did not ask the chemist if she would just fill this prescription as it was urgent. The chemist knew nothing about it. I then saw the chemist put on her outdoor coat and rush out. There was no sorry, no kindness, just a harsh we are now closed from this staff member she saw how distressed this made me and was unmoved. I am writing this now, the event happened quite some months ago; due to poor health myself I have not had the opportunity before this. I want to ensure something like this doesn't happen to someone else.
I came home very upset and explained to my husband who was shocked. I described the woman who served me. He then went there a week later, by coincidence was served by the same lady and he was furious at how rude and unhelpful she was to him. I personally haven't been back there since. You need to do better with your training of staff Boots. Customer service is paramount. I would also suggest that the chemist should try and monitor to some degree their staff's interactions with customers. Even if you have to say no. you can at least be kind and polite.

Having missed my GP surgery flu clinic due to ill health I called Boots in godalming today and spoke to a wonderful lady called Carole who was extremely helpful. I advised Carole that I needed to book a flu jab urgently for my elderly mother and myself and Carole confirmed I could be seen that day for the flu jab. When I turned up Carole was fabulous and so efficient and I can?t believe how smoothly Carole organised this for us. I?m not good with injections but Carole was great and I didn?t even notice she had done it. Thank you Carole and Boots Godalming for arranging this and getting us protected for winter

Why don?t Boots ever answer the telephone ??The telephone number given on their site for Godalming - the recording says ?The number you have dialled has not been recognised? So, what is the number ?

I am very disappointed with the service provided by Boots Pharmacy. On every occasion that I have been there to collect my medication, it is never ready, not in stock, or takes staff ages to prepare for me. I don't really understand why a percription is not ready, even if you go in to collect it 4 days after it has been issued by the Doctors surgery. My wife goes to Kamsons and the last time she collected a percription she was in and out so fast I thought she'd forgotten something in the car! Why can't Boots provide this same level or service? I will allocating myself a new Pharmacy after Boots fulfill the remainder of my recent percription that I am waiting forBoots very disaster Pharmacy
