Order delivery
Wrong order delivered for someone else. The number on website/Google/just eat does not work. I have had to go through just eat complaints. I work from home and can't just up and leave and go to the store because of their own incompetence. This is second time its happened . Will not buy again.

the reason i am leaving a 1 star review is because i am disappointed with how they have the wrong menu up in the restaurant and then charging me a completely different amount to what the menu says and i spoke to them about this and they offered me a receipt as if u wanted to stare at the £12,50 price i was charge for not even a meal outrageous!!

i think its my favourte subway, i dont even lice in frimley and its not the closest one to me, tbey make sandwiches neat and nice

Been a few times now and can say it needs some improvements, food was good but they are very stingy with the salad. The employees were no where to be seen when entering and even when they came out they had no priority on serving and then when it came to pay I was charged different prices for meals every time and it seemed to come to a higher total than when ordering online which also comes with extra side.
Cautioned advised to this place.

Very small portions of ingredients selected unlike other subways eg 2 thin slices of red pepper had to ask for another and was given an extra slice ? It was like every piece of sweetcorn was so valuable about 10 bits so asked for more
No tea or coffee as machine broken
I asked for Italian bread Twice and was twice given plain white bread and told to get spicey sauce the list of small matters made it feel like this was a smaller than expected salad roll no meat no drink £5.40 seemed expensive
Avoid this subway as there are better options ones
The layout of seats were clean so you can eat in.
The toilet was not working
I went into this subway to use he toilet and get a cup of tea so this was disappointing which motivated me to write a helpful review and warm others this is not up to subway normal high standards

Friendly and helpful staffs, nice environment to eat in . Didn't know what sauce to get with my tuna sandwich went with their recommendations and wasn't let down .
