handy for gatwick. about 5 min drive to Clophill park and ride. first room given stunk of weed but was able to change to a room where I wasn't going to get high in my sleep. cleaning staff should have aired the room to remove the stink.

There isn't a lift, so you are limited to the ground floor if you've disability

We were forced to check out after only three hours because we realised a man was standing right outside our room door eavesdropping! Once we banged on the inside of our door he legged it. We packed our bags and reported the pervert straight away! On our way out we informed the receptionist. She apologised for the unfortunate situation, but didn?t refund us for our brief stay (Also, she only notified us that she?d changed our specially requested room because of ?maintenance issues? once we arrived.). Definitely wouldn?t recommend or stay again. We?re traumatised!

Quiet and comfortable with friendly and helpful staff. The adjacent Star Inn is very pleasant for a drink and food also. Great for an overnight before Gatwick flight.

such a great reception. turned up 45 mins early. gentleman helped get us in rooms early. also helped with directions to nearby shops and supermarkets. rooms are standard. looked clean when we entered. beds are super comfy. no noise from outside, busy road.
