Extremely rude staff. Untidy and unorganised shop.
I came in to buy some graph paper and asked a member of staff if she knew where it was. She said over there and i explained i couldn't find it and asked if she would mind showing me. She said ?No? in a very rude tone. I then asked her if she worked there and she said ?No? i then asked her what her name was and she said ?I have no name? I asked for the manager?s name and she wouldn't give it to me.

I went there to buy a new series of Lego minifigures. Two young friendly sellers brought me a box of figures. I used the scanner on my phone to select 6 different figures that I wanted. As a result, I began to choose the ones I needed from among the boxes. I chose 3 minifigures and a third older assistant came up to me and said that I cannot look at each box and choose in this way. I was surprised and I tried to explain that I do not damage the packaging and just scan the barcode on them. In response, I simply received: this is not okay and you can not do this. As a result, I was still unable to buy the remaining 3 figures I wanted. I liked this store but now I have no desire to go back there and go through this unpleasant experience again. Maybe the store's policy really does not allow you to inspect and select goods, but I certainly did not break anything related to the law. Unfortunately, I will have to look for another place to buy minifigures of this series and future series. I'm very upset that I couldn't choose a figure from the series that I really wanted. ?
As far as I understand, assistants are there to help me choose and buy a product, not to prevent me from choosing and buying it. A very sad and stressful situation.

Untidy, old fashioned, disorganised and probably only still open because of the Post Office hiring the rear of the shop. Barely any staff around. Could do with a refit.

Staff are so rude ! Unapproachable and threatening. One older lady with short hair is ok. The younger staff are the issue. I was laughed at for asking if they could match the price of and item they had online for £10 cheaper..

Awful selection of birthday cards cannot even get a decent sized card with daughter on, not to mention the prices (card factory all day long) slow in coming forward in serving to.

Nice well stocked store with some decent offers ð?? Friendly staff always happy to stop and help, even though they are always busy. Great that Farnham Post Office is now in the same building too ð??
