A wonderful evening at the Whistles Farnham Fashion Evening. The ladies were so helpful and supportive even though they must have been shattered by the end of the night! It was lovely to try on pieces I wouldn't ordinarily pick and to discover I CAN wear skinny jeans and knitted dresses! Thank you to everyone but especially Tracy who is just so delightful.

I have just finished an amazing shopping experience at whistles thanks to the outstanding staff. Tracy was the best example of what a member of retail staff should be. She styled me so beautifully that despite me going into the store in tears, I left with a huge smile on my face and two large bags. Her service (and her colleague?s) was so special and personal. I called this branch to try and find a Whistles dress that was out of stock in most stores. Louise' level of customer service was unbelievable- she rang around multiple stores and did not rest until she found it for me- ringing me back several times until she had it solved! Truly impressed - I haven't come across customer service like this in years. Thank you Louise- Whistles are lucky to have you!
