I came in with a broken phone with hope for an opportunity to upgrade early. Ryan was more than helpful. He explained my different options thoroughly with a smile on his face and was very patient with me! Him and his colleagues were friendly and very attentive. Went in yesterday to get a new phone ? hate sorting it all out myself so need a big brand shop. Very smooth. Dan was excellent. Nikki the manager was good, too. But went in today for the changeover (phone has arrived) and the third assistant said it would cost me £25. Livid with Vodafone. The absolute cheek. Can't trust them. Still giving them a 4/5 given how good Dan was.

We were quoted a price of £24 a month for broadband and phones but they charged £82 ! Plus it didn't work right. We lost one phone and one answering device. So we are cancelling and hope to get back on Talk Talk.

Difficult one.The staff in store were brilliant but ghis was out fifth attempt at sorting out what we thought was a relatively simple query.Still waiting go ensure that what we requested has worked its way through the system!So rating is an overall Vodafone rating and not necessarily reflects the staff in store.

Ordered a new phone as mine broke suddenly so needed one fast. Saw I could collect same day if I ordered to Vodafone Farnham. However, now saying that I can?t collect for 2 days. Why advertise as available and in store if it?s not? I?m now without a working phone and could have picked one up quicker somewhere else.
