Went in yesterday to get a new phone — hate sorting it all out myself so need a big brand shop. Very smooth. Dan was excellent. Nikki the manager was good, too. But went in today for the changeover (phone has arrived) and the third assistant said it would cost me £25. Livid with Vodafone. The absolute cheek. Can't trust... read full comment

We were quoted a price of £24 a month for broadband and phones but they charged £82 ! Plus it didn't work right. We lost one phone and one answering device. So we are cancelling and hope to get back on Talk Talk.
