My partner called and spoke to Matthew (store manager) today to book an appointment for me with severe longstanding discomfort in my eyes - the doctors were rubbish, Matthew was extremely accommodating, kind and booked an appointment immediately, he also confirmed he would put a note at the counter for colleagues in case we had a cancellation - brilliant service and massive thank you!!

First used Vision Express in Farnham after a disastrous trip to a cheaper but more famous high street optician (turns out you shouldn?t have gone there, despite what the advert suggests!) Received very professional service and the optician very kindly explained why the glasses that had been prescribed elsewhere were so problematic, so happily bought new glasses here which were fantastic.A year later after a slight change in my prescription I had them reglazed and bought a second pair for spare. After a slight hiccup with the reglazing, Matthew very kindly went above and beyond to sort them out for me quickly and without fuss. I?m very grateful and will be back again next year, thank you to Matthew and the whole team.

Thorough, professional and great customer service. I visited the Farnham branch for a new eye test and was extremely impressed. Highly recommend.My welcome was lovely. My wait wasn?t long. The eye examination was good. But I then was confused about the fact that I selected glasses based on the prices on the racks to be told that the actual prices were in tiny text on the glasses (bearing in mind I just had my eyes tested!!!) and the wall prices were out of date and they were waiting on new signs. I was about to purchase at that point(and had the glasses in my hand and went to pay) but instead left and took the prescription to another opticians a few doors away where I completed the purchase. I had gone through the pricing with another employee the day before so it was a big mistake by Vision Express not myself. Quite shocking.
