Did not have the Ferrari frames I wanted and after choosing a different set the lady that was helping me was gone and a gentleman took over. No options were offered I had to ask for the blue tint and then he had to start all over.

Honestly my husband and I were blown away with the service we received from Laura at the Farnham branch. She went above and beyond with us. We?ve never been to Vision Express before always Specsavers but as a result of the amazing customer service Laura showed us on 2 occasions so far, we will be back and make the move.

The staff were very efficient, my eye test carried out very smoothly and easily. The range of glasses is good, technical issues clearly explained, the payment plan good value; all in all (so far). A MUCH better experience than I had at Specsavers.

Brilliant experience at vision express when choosing new glasses. Brilliant customer service from one or the staff members called Mab when explaining the eye care plan compared to one pair of glasses. Would recommend to all.
