It was really quite the most awful hair appointment I've ever experienced. So impersonal wasn?t even asked if I liked the colour or my hair, until I brought it up when at the front door when leaving. Was just taken to make payment without any check in from the actual stylist. Wasn?t checked on at all once foils where in just left to it, wasn?t asked if I would like a trim or even able to have my hair curled at the end of service. My hair was washed and rough dried by someone else, left frizzy and that was it. Absolutely no attentiveness to the client, just left without any concern how my hair was or how it turned out. I?m a new customer and I was so mortified I won?t be returning. I had to go home and redo my hair after paying a lot of money to have my hair done. I can?t even give one star. Honestly I haven?t ever been this upset with a hairdresser/hair in my life.

Fantastic service, lovely spa feel experience in the heat wash room with massage chairs, music & aromas! Warm welcome, professional and friendly, offered non alcoholic or Prosecco/ wine and biscuit, haircut was fantastic, overall very good value for money and extremely happy with the whole experience !!

It?s a great salon, recently renovated, bright and calming. Everyone is super friendly and professional. My haircut was great as the hairdresser understood exactly what I wanted and delivered it. I?m going to this salon the last three and a half years and I was always very happy with my cut and colour.

Beautiful, uncluttered environment. And lovely friendly staff. Despite its ?fanciness?, it did not feel intimidating. V pleased with my haircut, though it was rather expensive. I guess that?s what happens when the hairdresser you choose is now the manager, with much experience :) Thank you.
