Great experience at Timpson Farnham - specifically from Lee. My son needed his name engraved on a trophy and Lee was really engaging with my son and made the experience a really nice part of the whole trophy award. Thanks Lee!

I was working a retail shift on a Saturday when my Docs suddenly came loose at the strap. Not knowing what to do, I decided to go to Timpson as my friend had highly recommended them to me before, and I asked if they could do anything to help. The lovely man stitched up my shoe for free and in no time at all - he did such a wonderful job and saved me from having to walk around all day with broken shoes. I'd highly recommend Timpson as they're so kind and friendly in there!

Went to get a pair of shoes repaired and new soles put on and was greeted by a lovely welcoming chap called Lee. The repair he did was of the highest quality. The experience was made even better when we realised we both have a shared love for the Philadelphia Eagles! Will be my go to for key and shoe repairs.

Left a pair of shoes with a young lady on Saturday wasn?t very helpful because she said it?s not her store and said that they will call me from my repair if they could be repaired. Went in today and the guy at the counter was so rude he said these shoes could never be repaired. There is attitude towards his customers aggressive the guy needs to be retrained.. Never going back to them. If I could do a negative start, I would?ve given you a negative of 10.

Just a phone enquiry- about links getting taken out of a watch strap, spoke to a happy lovely jolly man. Said they could do it while we wait. And the price was alot cheaper then we had been quoted elsewhere.
Defo going to see them next week.

Fantastic customer service from Lee at Timpson Farnham. Lee repaired a pair of much loved suede boots - the suede on the heel had been scrapped off accidentally and he managed to glue it all back together so it looked like new! Thanks so much - really great work and much appreciated.

I had an issue with a belt strap for a satchel of which the buckle had detached itself from the clip. I headed to my local Timpson (Tesco, Aldershot) and they said it wasn't something they could do and referred me to the bigger branch in Farnham. I popped in, Lee had a look and sorted it with a hammer and a gentle tap within a few seconds. I'm sure it's something Aldershot could have done but Lee was a pleasure to do business with.
