Today, we visited this branch and ordered a footlong Spicy Vegetarian sandwich. As my friend and I were planning to share it, we politely asked the female staff member if it could be split. She agreed and served it in two half with different sauces.
However, when we went to pay at the till, we realised we were being charged for two separate half sandwiches. When we questioned this, the staff member insisted that they counted as two individual sandwiches and attempted to charge us a higher price.
More concerningly, her attitude was extremely rude and aggressive. In the end, we were so frustrated that we left without taking our food. This branch is clearly trying to overcharge customers be careful!

Wheelchair accessibility: Step into the store and tables all really close together so you could queue fairly easily once over the door step but eating in would be more of a challenge.

Almost had to scream at the guy for a normal portion of vegetables. Being tight is a compliment for the sweetcorn counting franchise. Such a shame as the food was good.

Honestly, I don't have anything against the workers In this restaurant. They're perfectly polite and accommodating of requests in person. However I have recently ordered from them and waited nearly two hours for food. Likey just eats fault. Which is why I am not being harsh. However like another review has mentioned. I have noticed that some of the amounts put into the subs when it comes to meat seem wrong and too little. Just things to consider before you order.

This store has a common theme of misleading customers into the store, order, then be informed the offer is not available. Twice now this has occurred for me. First time I was told the promotion in the shop window is not available. Today 20.06.24 ordered a footlong to take advantage of the 50% deal and go to pay and informed, no you cant use that today due to an alleged system issue. Look at other reviews who state this has occurred to them. Crooked management out to swindle us by charging full price for items even though discounted deals advertised on the window. I asked if it could be reduced manually and was told no, so I said well I will leave it then, and said one last time you would rather chuck this in the bin than sell it for the promotional price, and she said yes! awful service, awful staff, awful store. Shame on Subway Farnham. Avoid this franchised store, unless you like being scammed.

If you can order a subway from another store. Do. Don't do deliveries and order from here else you'll get food with additional stuff you didn't want and drinks and snacks that are wrong .

I went into this Subway to order a turkey sandwich. An Asian male employee asked me for my order, and then he asked a female employee to make it while two men stood nearby. The female employee put 5 slices of meat on my sandwich. As someone who knows a Subway franchise owner, I know that this is not the correct amount. When I asked the Asian male about it, he told me, "everything has changed now." This was around the time the Subway series had launched, and I had taken a course on it, so I knew that the amount hadn't changed. It was actually meant to offer a faster service.When I told him I wanted to take a photo, he then asked the girl to add one more slice. However, I managed to take the photo beforehand. I was then charged for asking for a little more lettuce, and that's when I decided to cancel the order and leave.To anyone reading this, I can almost guarantee that they are doing this to most people as a cost-cutting measure. Most customers are not aware that there is a specific count/weight amount that all Subway franchise owners must follow. I can assure you that this store is not doing so.I filed a complaint with the main Subway office but did not receive any response. Be cautious when using this store. The one slightly further out near the service station is a much more honest Subway compared to this one.

Terrible experience! Rude staff, food not heated properly and very dry old subs which rather than feeling like a pleasant dining experience, felt more like being pinned down and force fed sawdust or something similar. Very disappointed :(
