It's a Sainsbury's. They're all the same surely?

Visiting my parents and needed to shop , obviously a newer store than our regular and so a bit confusing. The aisles are tighter than we are used to and in a different set up. Shocked that there were only 6 tills and only 3 of them open on a Saturday afternoon ?

The staff at the till were lovely but I had ordered something from Argos for my granddaughter's birthday had a text to say it would be available for me to collect at 9am so we did our shopping it was about 9.20 the woman at the counter said they hadn't had a delivery she never checked so my granddaughter goes without her present not Impressed

Disgraceful lack of manned checkouts now, to make way for self-service. We often do a shop of £250+ and the greedy owners expect us to check out ourselves. On Friday before Christmas we all queued for an hour and more for any type of checkout, right down the aisles. The atmosphere was silent: sheer cold outrage.

Awful place to work. They sacked my child for taking sick leave due to covid and then expected them to work out notice which meant covering the Christmas period ?. Hmmmm! I think not.Too many people think they are ?in charge?, staff ?watch? others and report back to management in a immature kindergarten fashion. It?s more like a school playground than a caring working environment where staff at all levels support each other. Additionally friends and family are working in close proximity which is an unhealthy business practice open to favouritism.Management need to remember their duty of care to their loyal staff and weed out some of the rude, disrespectful, tittle tattling colleagues who openly ?bully? fellow workers.

Absolutely rammed (almost Xmas) but could easily find everything and the manager gave me a chocolate from the quality streets while I waited in the queue.

Convenient location. Medium sized compared to superstores around in some other places. Nice fresh fruit and veg but it's a pity the fresh meat and fish areas have not re-opened after Covid-19 measures. The pharmacy has now been removed and therefore there is no such facility - such a pity. The supermarket includes numerous self check out options. There is plenty of parking. Some of the aisles have been rearranged, and I must admit that the product placing is not very logical - confirmed by some of the staff!

Running the company on a shoe string to save labour cost isn't good business strategy. Shelves empty no staff to ask, trolleys always empty.

It is a big shop and you can always find fresh bread and Tu clothes. Big selection of fruits and vegetables.

Staff always very helpful and good for a chat at checkout. Overall stocks for our regular shop are available but there can be some gaps. Fresh baked bread stocks can be very variable, so you need to work out the best times.App is really good for logging purchases as you go, a quick checkout, making and managing a shopping list and picking up on relevant offers.

Good size local supermarket. Plenty of free parking during opening hours (be aware tickets issued if parking out of hours). Disabled and Family parking near the entrance. Petrol station onsite. Starbucks coffee shop. Accessible toilets. Lottery counter and customer services immediately left. Clothing, cards and stationery ahead of you as you walk in. Fruit and veg aisle to right. Easy to navigate. Plenty of serviced and self serviced tils.

A lovely large supermarket that will almost definitely have everything you need for a weekly shop or just to grab a few bits here and there. The service is great, with options for both self check-out and assisted check-out. Plenty of parking with accessible parking spaces available next to the entrance.
