Staff are friendly and helpful. Have used them on and off for years. Being shut on alternative Saturdays is not great though.

We'd never booked a holiday through a travel agent before, until now and were very impressed with Preferred Travel in Farnham. Cianon was just great, listening to everything we needed and found us an ideal family holiday. She saved us time and money! We usually spend hours and hours trolling the internet for our holidays!...

Would never use them again. The agency booked completely the wrong dates. Lost the whole trip - no apology.
