A very squalid branch.
Dark, grubby and poorly organised. The aisles are so dingy one almost expects Jack the Ripper to pounce from the shelves.
It gets one star for cold soda and another for the friendly young lady at the cash register.

I just want to use this platform to praise your staff member called River, they are always so polite, friendly, helpful and go above and beyond! I was also in the shop when they experienced an EXTREMELY rude customer (it was the customers fault anyway) and they dealt with this issue in a calm and professional manner even though the customer was basically screaming at them for absolutely no reason.
I hope you see this and give them the praise and maybe a payrise they deserve!

Yh I know its just a poundland but my word! The place is falling down and stinks!!!! There is literally mold on the ceiling and water leaking.The are complete Isles with no light!I mean I don't even know at this point how they are still open.If you don't mind the smell or use to it then good luck.

Cheap store for cheap snacks and whatever cheap general utility products you have to grab, but this is also reflected in the quite common lack of staff at the tills which can cause long queues.There is a very wide variety of products and they're well-priced. A good stop if you need one or two things in particular (kitchen items, cleaning tools, snacks and sweets, hygiene products, etc.)

The staff (Asian guy) was very rood. The prices was not updated, and he didn't accept and didn't apologised and didn't say that we will update the prices. Instead he continuously blamed the costumer that you understood wrong.

Always a pleasure going to Poundland. Shelves are normally well stocked and, although you know you're not buying top quality with a lot of the items, they serve a purpose and cater to those not on a liberal budget.
