Booked for 18:15. Turned up at 18:13. Got pointedly ignored until 18:20. Left. Went somewhere where they give a **** instead. Avoid like the plague.
UPDATE: Another reviewer has had exactly the same problem. There is clearly a staffing issue there.

Tried to have a sit-in meal at around 2pm on Tuesday, waited inside the door to be seated but no one came to seat us. Could see behind the desk that there were staff sat with their feet up on chairs on their phone in the main dining area. We decided to go elsewhere with better service. Disappointing as we started going to Pizza Express only because the service at a pizza place nearby was poor too.

rude waitresses didn't treat us right, took around and hour and a half to make food . they all scratch there heads then place their hands on the food . when the food got here it wasn't even hot. Will not be coming here again.

I ordered Caesar salad, potato dippers and Brussel sprouts.
After waiting for delivery for 2 hours (which is not the restaurants fault) I decided to get to the restaurant myself.
Shortly, I got my order, opened the package at home and?
The Caesar Salad was missing croutons and the dressing. The potatoe dippers didn?t have cheese and the dip as advertised, they were burned, soggy and unseasoned. And in the restaurant they told me that they don?t have the brussel sprouts (so I had to get my money back on Deliveroo)
This whole order was 25£ and judging on the food alone (not the delivery which disappointed me as well) It is painfully mid.
I know the food doesn?t always look exactly like on pictures but? honestly isn?t it embarrassing?

Just ordered via deliveroo. Order 2 pizzas and only 1 was delivered. Tried calling the restaurant but no one picks the call

We arrived 5 minutes early for our booking and were shown to a table off in a side room which was empty even though there were numerous tables available in the main restaurant. My wife asked me if I was happy with that to be told it?s either this or another restaurant. We placed our order and after 20 minutes we were told the lasagna was not available. We then waited for over an hour to get a pizza which arrived under cooked. We are great fans of Pizza Hut but will not return to Farnham as this is our second very poor experience in this branch!!

Pizzas are good but the service was quite bad.
We spent more time waiting for the food than eating the food.

I would like to thank all the team at Pizza Express in Farnham as they always makes my family feel welcome, whenever we come.Everyone is so welcoming and polite.My girls like the Italian waiter Gero the most, as he always treats them as a princesses and let them to prepare they own puddings. It?s so lovely to see their happy faces ?I would always highly recommend Farnham Pizza Express as go to restaurant for a family meal or dinner with partner, as they have many lovely corner tables with dimmed lights. Lovely atmosphere.The orders are always taken promptly and are being served very quick and piping hotThank you for all your kindness and service.We cannot wait to see you soon.Kid-friendliness: They always make kids feel special and treat as a proper, valuable customer too. Thank you for that.
