Lovely store and fantastic customer service. Jeremy was very attentive with my two dogs and made sure that the harness we were looking at for our smallest one would fit properly. Always loved this store and holds everything we need for our fur babies. thank you Jeremy & Pets at Home Farnham team

Really horrid to see a member of staff, Meg, dropping a pregnant hamster 3 times before chucking it back in a cage. If the fact they couldn?t correctly care for animals was bad enough, they?re now being injured at staffs hands. This occurred today while I was there.

A lovely staff member helped me with treating my two dogs with flea infestation. Showed me the cheapest way to treat my both dogs monthly but not pushy for the sale which was quite refreshing. After this lovely ladies advice my dogs are much better. Thank you sorry I forgot your name but you were a manager that the lovely young girl on the till sent me to.
