I went into the Farnham branch today with a complicated request to transfer quite a lot of money into different accounts. The girl who helped me was fantastic even though there were only two members of staff. The branch was busy but she was professional and polite. Sorry to the people behind me. I hope both members of staff got a break at some point.

I would like to thank Kelly in your Farnham branch. I went to the bank and needed to transfer some money, close a few account and open a new ISA. It was close to 1 o'clock which was the lunch break time, but she helped me with all these without any complain. She was really patient and kind!

I would like to commend the high level of service that we both received from the staff at the Farnham branch of Nationwide. The team have been fantastic, helping us with our savings and transferring funds for our recent car purchase. Susie in particular went above and beyond contacting us to let us know when our funds were available. The whole staff are a credit to the Nationwide.

I have been dealing with my deceased mothers estate for the past couple of months and have dealt with nightmare bureaucracy across multiple banks and financial institutions. I have to say Natuonwide in Farnham were absolutely fabulous. Efficient, friendly. I couldn?t fault them at all. Well done !! KW, Churt.

Due to a senior moment I had my card retained due to multiple incorrect pin number attempts in the ATM. Very helpful member of staff provided emergency cash and organised a fresh pin to be issued. Very efficient. Happy customer.
