The team at the Farnham branch has always looked after us and done a brilliant job. One morning en route to a family holiday I had a flat tyre - they fixed it within an hour so we could continue on our way. And since then, replacing wheels when needed and giving a great price. Special thanks to the guy with the beard - very helpful, knowledgeable and professional.

Very impressed with the service at Kwik Fit Farnham, after several very positive visits.
I was let down by ATS who placed an online order on hold while struggling to source my tyres. Calling Kwik Fit on a Friday afternoon, their stock is Farnham is large, so they were able to offer the exact tyre I wanted for immediate fitting. They also gave a massive discount to match ATS? deal.
Easy site access. Location was clean and professional inside and out, with ample parking.
I was greeted promptly and offered a free drink while waiting. A viewing area meant I could see the work take place.
It was done carefully, and they gave great customer service throughout. The car was brought round to me, items returned were pointed out before handover.
Overall very happy and would definitely recommend.

Efficient service and good value

I've always felt that KwikFit operated in a space of mediocracy being quick and relatively cheap, primarily operating on a numbers game. Get the throughput and you can offer cheap-ish prices.
So it's fair to say that I didn't feel compelled to use them especially when BMW offered a cheaper MOT, probably due to the alignment of the planets of some kind of admin mistake. However BMW didn't have any slots that suited me and Kwikfit certainly did. I made my booking with a full 3 days of MOT to spare.
The day before my MOT test was scheduled however the Kwikfit garage I had booked into phoned and told me that their inspection ramp was broken and that they couldn't do my MOT. Not worthy of 5 stars you may think. However the polite and professional technician that called me mentioned that he could see that I only had 3 days left on my MOT and so had found me a slot at the next closest centre. Something that made me feel like he's understood my pain points and done what he could to resolve them.
On the new day of my MOT I had another problem. It was dangerously close to school pick-up time. I arrived 15mins early and asked for a huge favour, can you get this done in time for me to get back to the school. The guy that runs the centre said he'd see what he could do, the MOT technician walked in grabbed the keys and told me not to worry about it. So, I had a mooch around the local motorcycle shop. I managed not to buy another motorbike which I admit I'm a little proud of, for no good reason. My car was ready in good time to get home and collect the littlest one.
So, as well as being cheap-ish and being a numbers game it turns out that Kwikfit has really worked on their customer service and professionalism. I felt like they were on my side and I'll be using them again.
