I should've been less enthusiastic and wait until I used the store more than once. Picked up m dry cleaning today and one item is damaged, with hook ripped out that apparently was invisible during ironing/pressing (it's VERY visible damage) and trousers came back creased as if nobody touched them. I raised a complaint via the website but not planning to go there ever again. Never seen anything like this.
*Finally found a great dry cleaner to take my delicate and designer items to. I have no idea why I didn?t come here sooner, driving my clothes all over Surrey instead. Wonderful customer service and perfect results.*

Incredible! I bought a linen jacket and within 5 minutes, had it covered in printer toner!! walked in here and had the jacket cleaned and returned to me within a couple of hours. Literally as good as new. service was professional, friendly and refreshing. don't bother going anywhere else! I won't.

My girlfriend bought a jacket in Oxfam for 6 quid to wear to a wedding. It wasn't great but it would do. Took it to the dry cleaners and it looks amazing. She's totally bowled over. Thank you! It's amazing! You're amazing!

Fantastic service in Farnham , I needed my trousers altered for work and I needed them done that day . Not a problem they were done and pressed in 20 minutes. Lovely friendly staff I?ll be returning very soon . Strongly recommend

I came in on 16/3 in the morning with an item of clothing that needed a pocket that needed re-stitching. I got served by 2 lovely woman who did the repair there and then. It was done quickly, efficiently and to a very good standard. Not only would I use this shop again, I would happily recommend the Farnham shop to anyone!Service: Clothing alterations & repairs

I visited the shop in a bit of a panic, I was trying to get an enlarged image of my friends grandson who passed away recently aged 10, for a charity auction I was holding with the proceeds going to the Hospice that helped care for himAmanda must have clicked I was in a 2 and 8, calmed me down, enlarged the image to A3 as requested and did it all for gratis.The result, I managed to raise over 2K for Acorns Children's Hospice.Thank you AmandaThank you Johnsons The Cleaners????????????????
